Who we are
Suriname Excavators N.V. (trading as Suriname Excavators) is an independent supplier of new, refurbished, and rental excavators serving contractors, mining houses, oil-and-gas operators, and government infrastructure clients across the Caribbean and African continents. The company was founded in 2014 in Paramaribo, Suriname, and today supplies machines from 24 of the world's leading excavator manufacturers to 25 countries.
What we do
Suriname Excavators sources, configures, inspects, and delivers excavators sized between 1.5 tonnes (urban landscaping minis) and 200 tonnes (ultra-class mining shovels). Every machine destined for our service area passes a 47-point pre-export inspection covering hydraulic pressure testing, undercarriage measurements, engine compression checks, and a documented load test before shipment.

We are not the manufacturer or official corporation of any brand we supply. We are an independent supplier with established procurement relationships across the global heavy-equipment market, allowing us to offer buyers a brand-neutral recommendation based on their specific project profile, country, and budget.

Suriname Excavators delivers excavators to 10 Caribbean countries (Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Bahamas, Curaçao, Aruba) and 15 African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Uganda, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola, Ethiopia, Guinea). After-sales support
Every machine we supply is enrolled in our service tracking programme: scheduled maintenance reminders, parts pre-positioning at our regional warehouse network, operator training, and 72-hour breakdown response across both regions. We carry fast-moving parts inventory for every brand we supply.
Financing
Buyers can finance purchases via manufacturer-backed credit (SANY Capital, Hyundai Capital, XCMG Finance, Develon Capital, John Deere Financial), regional bank facilities, or lease-to-own structures. Indicative terms are typically returned within five business days of receiving project documentation.
