Every excavator that leaves our Paramaribo facility — whether new from the factory or refurbished from our Veetee line — passes a documented 47-point pre-export inspection. The inspection report ships with the machine and represents the baseline condition the buyer can hold us to.

Engine system (7 points)

  • Compression test all cylinders
  • Smoke opacity test at full load
  • Oil pressure at idle and rated speed
  • Coolant system pressure test
  • Belt and hose condition inspection
  • Air-intake system seal integrity
  • Exhaust system condition

Hydraulic system (9 points)

  • Main pump pressure test at relief setting
  • Pilot pressure test
  • Cylinder drift test (loaded)
  • Slew bearing tolerance check
  • Hose and fitting visual inspection
  • Fluid analysis (particle count, water, viscosity)
  • Filter condition inspection
  • Cooler fin and core condition
  • Auxiliary circuit operation test

Undercarriage (8 points)

  • Track shoe wear measurement
  • Bushing wear measurement
  • Sprocket tooth profile measurement
  • Roller and idler condition
  • Track tension adjustment
  • Final drive oil condition
  • Track frame welds inspection
  • Travel motor operation test
